This is a 5 days trip starting from Nairobi to Amboseli, Nakuru, Maasai Mara and back to Nairobi

Activities

Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli

Arrival and pick-up from airport to Amboseli check in at the Lodge/tented camp on time for Lunch.  Evening game drive at Amboseli National Park. Back to the Lodge/Camp for an overnight stay.

Day 2: Amboseli – Nakuru

Early Morning breakfast and check out and drive towards Nakuru with an evening game drive at L. Nakuru National Park and overnight stay at hotel of choice.

Day 3: Nakuru – Maasai Mara

Check out from hotel after breakfast to Maasai Mara National Reserve at a lodge/camp of choice where you will check in. You will later join in an evening game drive at the park. Overnight stay at the camp.

Day 4: Maasai Mara

On this day you will have breakfast and thereafter leave for a full day game drive in a different route. Lunch will be served in a picnic pack.  You will later get to visit a Maasai Village in the Mara upon your request and later head back to your place of stay where you will have time to freshen up, relax, take a swim and enjoy each other’s company.   Dinner will be served and after you will retire for the night.

Day 5: Maasai Mara – Nairobi

Check out from the Camp/lodge after breakfast to Nairobi – JKIA for a flight back home.( with an option of lunch at a place of choice)

NOTE

  1. Accommodation charges vary depending on the facility chosen and season for the safari
  2. Quotation will be made available upon request
  3. Park fees will be paid as per the parks visited and no of days spent
  • Transport is charged separately and we prefer the use of a Tour Van or a Tour Land cruiser for a professional touch ;The above rates include: (Fuel, Park entrance fees, Drivers Allowance)

 

Not included in the Safari

  • All bookings are on full board unless mentioned and this does not include drinks ( soft drinks and Hard drinks)
  • Any activities not listed on the tour package
  • Travel Visas
  • Travel insurance
  • Park fees for individuals
  • Any transportation to personal excursions and/or activities not included in the package.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

  • If a tour is cancelled more than 15 days prior to departure, all payments (except for your deposit) are refundable*.
  • If a tour is cancelled from 5 days prior to the tour 40% of the tour cost is forfeited.
  • If a tour is cancelled less than 5 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost is forfeited.

 

PS:  Cancelled Flights Policy for all Tours:  in the event that you cancel your flight, i.e if Sambaza Afrika had booked the flight for your,  you will be required to pay a flight cancellation fees;  this will vary depending on the Airline/ Agent as well as pay an administration fees of Kshs 2000.00

 

Terms and Conditions

 

Once a tour has been confirmed, client is supposed to send at least 50% of the amount of the entire amount of the tour so as that the Hotels are booked on time.  Kindly note that once a hotel has been booked in case of a cancellation, we shall adhere to the Hotels terms and regulations
